Who is this service for?
Owners of homes, apartments, and second homes in Israel who live abroad or visit only part of the year — and want a trusted local contact to look after their property in between.
Are you a real estate agency?
No. We don't sell, list, or represent buyers and sellers. We look after the property you already own — that is all we do.
Do you perform repairs yourselves?
No. We coordinate trusted, qualified local professionals when specialized work is required, and supervise the visit on your behalf. We are the local point of contact, not the tradesperson.
How often can you check my property?
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or before and after your visits — we agree the schedule with you in advance.
What happens if you discover a problem?
We notify you immediately with photos and a clear description, then coordinate the right qualified local professional to resolve it with your approval.
Can you prepare my apartment before I arrive?
Yes. We clean, air, stock and check the property so it's ready the moment you walk in.
Do you work with owners living outside Israel?
Yes — most of our clients live in France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and elsewhere. We work around your time zone and your visit schedule.
What areas do you cover?
Herzliya, Tel Aviv, Caesarea, Raanana, Kfar Saba, Netanya and the wider central region. Tell us where your property is and we'll confirm how we can help.
