A note on our concierge services
Our personal concierge services are offered on a coordination basis. We arrange, book and supervise services through trusted third-party providers — such as restaurants, deliveries, florists and contractors. We are not the direct provider of those third-party services, we do not employ their staff, and we are not a party to any contract between you and the third party. Some third-party services may carry separate charges, which we will always confirm with you in advance before booking. Concierge services are optional and do not constitute a licensed trade, professional service, or regulated activity on our part. We act as your local coordinator in Israel, not as the service provider.
