Local care for homes whose owners live far away.
We exist to solve a simple problem: property owners living abroad need a trusted person locally who can look after their home, coordinate issues, and make sure the property is ready when they return.
Our mission
Owning a home in Israel is a joy. Owning it from thousands of kilometers away is a quiet source of stress. Every storm, every unanswered question, every "is everything okay?" adds up.
We built this company to be the answer. Not a real-estate agency, not a contractor, and not a cheap cleaning service — a focused property-care service that becomes your trusted local presence in Israel.
Founder story — to be added.
What we stand for.
Trust
We act as your representative in Israel — discreet, dependable and accountable.
Attention to detail
Every check follows a structured process, documented with photos and plain language.
Personal care
No call centers, no rotating staff. A consistent local relationship with your property.
Local presence
We are based in and around the areas we serve — close to your home, not far from it.
Your home is a sanctuary, not a source of stress.
The only thing you should feel when you think of your property in Israel is confidence that someone is looking after it. We provide that — with regular checks, clear reports, and one local contact who knows your home.
Your Home in Israel Deserves Someone Local.
Wherever you live, we're here to keep your property looked after and ready for you.
